Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale define the rights and obligations of the store Selegi and its customers in the context of the sale of products via the site www.selegi.com.
By placing an order on our site, you unreservedly accept these conditions.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the site selegi.com.
Each product is accompanied by a precise description. The photographs are as faithful as possible, but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product received (in particular for colors depending on the screens).

3. Price

Prices shown are in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding any delivery charges.
Selegi reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. Order

Any order made on the site selegi.com implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Once the order has been validated, the customer will receive a confirmation email summarizing the details of their order.

Selegi reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute or incomplete information.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Accepted payment methods are: credit card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, or any other method offered at the time of payment.
Transactions are fully secure through Shopify's partner payment solutions.

6. Delivery

Delivery is provided by UPS, Colissimo Or DPD depending on the destination.
Two options are offered:

  • Standard delivery (7 to 10 working days)

  • Express delivery (5 to 7 working days)

Delivery costs are free for Europe and the UK as standard.
Additional charges may apply for express delivery or outside this area.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons.
Returns are free. Products must be returned in their original condition.

8. Guarantees

The products offered comply with current French legislation.
In the event of a defect or non-conformity, the customer may request a replacement or refund under the legal guarantee of conformity.

9. Liability

Selegi cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product purchased.
Selegi is not responsible for delivery delays due to events beyond its control (strikes, customs, bad weather, etc.).

10. Applicable law

These conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred.
Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
